The model has been in constant flux and that breaks the UI. That's why we left
Infinispan out of the 7.1.0.Final console. But the model seems to be stabilized now and I
should be able to fix everything for 7.1.1.

The forms for creation of infinispan caches don't correspond to the correct model and
console doesn't provide some required attributes, therefore the creation fails. Only
'local caches' seem to work, all other types are broken.
Distributed cache, replicated cache, invalidation cache:
