Ah, I see the problem.
Our reference hash map keeps references from the module identifier to a FutureModule.
FutureModules do not have any external references normally, so they are getting cleared
early.
Fix should be fairly easy though.

The following exception is thrown during the start-up on windows (Sun JDK).
The system property is in fact set as the error message suggests and I can successfully
invoke
java.util.logging.Logger logger =
java.util.logging.Logger.getLogger("mylogger");

logger.getClass().getClassLoader());
from ManagedProcess just before
