Resolution: Done
There is a new jenkins slave for rest tests available with label kiali-rest-tests,
http://jenkins2.bc.jonqe.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com:8080/job/run-python-rest-... is updated
to use it.
In case of ui tests the kiali-client is added to requirements.txt and jenkins slave is
rebuilt
