Where is this URL coming from http://cdn.links.io/native/pagehandler.php? Is this
something set on your machine?
Regarding the IP address we ship our binaries to bing to the loopback address by default,
we think it should be down to the individual administrators to decide when they want to
open up their installation to the outside world rather than ship it that way by default.

localhost:8080 works. When I click on Admin Console the screen comes up with the
"loading..." icon spinning on the screen, but hangs there. I have created an
administrative user with add-user.bat but I don't get prompted for credentials. I
have successfully installed a REST application with maven and it is working.
