RELAY would do what you want. However, RELAY2 doesn't have the notion of a large
virtual view in which all members of all sites are contained. Therefore, an RPC sent to
all which only expect responses from all members local to the site.

In RELAY2, when multicast forwarding is ON and method is called with destination equal to
'null' and reply.ALL then corresponding method is invoked from all the members of
a cluster, local as well as remote site. But reply is gathered only from local and site
masters. Method return value from non site master remote nodes is either ignored or
dropped somewhere.
