The operation adding Elytron SSO configuration to Undertow subsystem returns
{{\{"outcome" => "success"\}}}. However the SSO does not work
without performing {{reload}}. It is very confusing for an administrator.
The {{reload}} should not be required, or a response header requiring reload should be
returned.
