Bela, I'm assigning to Paul to get an answer to your question. Some of the AS 7 stuff
I've seen doesn't use the JGroups ChannelFactory interface so I think this
probably isn't needed any longer, but I may be missing some important detail that Paul
knows.

As part of JGRP-612, modify JChannelFactory to work more like the JBAS JChannelFactory --
ensuring channels have a singleton name etc.
This also results in an API change -- either removing the createMultiplexerChannel
methods or changing their contract such that returning a shared transport channel instead
of a MuxChannel is supported.
