Looks like Anil is right when he says that the web metadata generated by the ws layer is
not going throught the security deployers. When running the test case, I see the
EjbSecurityDeployer being called upon deployment of the ws4ee-jbws309.jar and this
generates the policies that apply to the ejb layer. However, when the ws servlet is
deployed, all I see is the TomcatDeployer being called. This means that the
WarSecurityDeployer is not getting a chance to generate the JACC permissions after the
JBossWebMetaData is generated.
I'll continue my investigation to find the point where the generated metadata is
attached to the deployment unit.
