Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
Works for me (2.6 branch, June 13). I ran RpcDispatcherShunTest which correctly rejoined a
shunned member.
I also ran 2 Draw instances in 2 shells, did a CTRL-Z in the second shell, waited until
the first node suspected and excluded the second node, and then - on 'fg' in the
second shell - the second instance was shunned (thanks to GMS.shun being true): the 2nd
instance rejoined successfully.
local_addr is null when reconnecting.
