The contexts serve to allow the same name to appear multiple times, e.g. in an HC where the same name can appear in multiple profiles. There's a global context and then one for each profile and s-b-g. For the profile and s-b-g contexts, they only can resolve stuff associated with their own context or with the global one. The includes throw a wrench in that; see my most recent comment on WFCORE-750. These HC subsystems and socket-bindings need a different context. Their capabilities are not global (i.e. they cannot be referenced by domain.xml stuff). I don't think this is a big deal since includes are not involved.
