Fix For: 2.0.0
A Core BridgeConfiguration can be set with either a discovery group or a pair of
connectors.
When the bridge is deployed (in ClusterManager.start()), we only check for the pair of
connectors.
If the bridge config uses a discovery group, it will never be deployed
