Resolution: Done
The isolation and callByValue settings of the old EARDeployer have been ported to the
JBossAppParsingDeployer. The EjbDeployer has been updated to support the callByValue flag
as well.

The old EARDeployer class loading isolation and call by value settings need to be ported
over to the AppParsingDeployer since that is where the equivalent metadata is introduced
