This issue was filed before the development of designer started. Currently saving the dmn
model invokes also the model validation. If variable is used out of context, the
validation reveals it. Closing this issue.

Each node of DRD represents a variable. Each such variable should be accessible just by
parent nodes in the tree hierarchy.
Acceptance criteria:
- Define scenarios which will assert this behavior
- Try/implement these scenarios
- Possibly file found issues
