Resolution: Done
a bunch of utility classes were added for events synchronizations:
org.jboss.cache.util.internals.*.
Also thread.sleep statements were removed from part of the tests (about 50 removals), for
other tests this should be done on a per-instance basis.
Revisit test suite and minimise or remove unnecessary Thread.sleep
calls
