I opted for a General tab and tabs that vary according to the selected element (e.g.
Assignment for human tasks and swimlanes). The Advanced Tab and Graphics Tab will not be
visible for now.

Preferably by using the tabbed properties view. The properties should be laid out in
categories. If a selectable graphical entity has sub-entities that are not visible on the
graph, they should appear in tree structured details view. Selection of a particular
detail in this view brings up the properties of this detail.
