It is important to notice that, when fixing this bug, the rebuild chain code must not
recreat the info objects (JBAOP-487).
Instead, the intercpetion chain (represented by both ArrayList<Interceptor> and
Interceptor[] array objects contained in the info) is what can be disposed and recreated.
