Closing. It was decided that natives for Artemis will be delivered in zip distribution of
Wildfly server in artemis module.
Natives for ActiveMQ Artemis are present in zip distribution

EAP/Widfly zip contains natives for Artemis in module org.apache.activemq.artemis:

libartemis-native-32.so
libartemis-native-64.so

It's not clear for which platform those natives were build RHEL 6/7. Also for EAP
6/AS7 natives for HornetQ were delivered in separate zip which had to be unzipped above
jboss-eap-6.x directory.
For those reasons it's considered as an issue that natives are in Artemis module in
zip distribution.
