attribute map is name value pairs for rule attributes. Meta-data is according to dublin
core.
Of course, the other properties like DSL, category tags (multiple), status etc. still
apply.
Some other fields:
date-effective
date-expired
language (default is DRL - for future).
LHS and RHS are just strings, as is the name.
rule storage: more normalised
