When channel is closed, S3_PING throws:
Exception in thread "Thread-2" java.util.ConcurrentModificationException
at java.util.HashMap$HashIterator.nextEntry(HashMap.java:793)
at java.util.HashMap$KeyIterator.next(HashMap.java:828)
at org.jgroups.protocols.S3_PING$1.run(S3_PING.java:65)
The issue is present at least on 2.10.0.Beta2
