When using the new JSF RI it's desirable to validate WEB-INF/faces-config.xml. ANT
has the task <schemavalidate> since its new version 1.7. However,
<schemavalidate> needs to find the xsd file. Therefore, it would be comfortable to
provide web-facesconfig_1_2.xsd in $JBOSS_HOME/docs/schema
