Dunno if there is a module lead for this, yet I made it and recall very well the need for
it ;)
I understand that PR reviews are done to filter bad or non optimal code, but in this case
please understand the idea is really to allow migration of old apps, and with that bring
more users and customers to AS7+/EAP6+. There is no point in change the API.

- Was able to take the changes from jboss-as/trunk + add some extra stuff related to jmx
notifications (extends NotificationBroadcasterSupport + methods for next sequence number)
- Validate the extra functionality added (extends NotificationBroadcasterSupport +
methods for next sequence number), because it is believed that is missing in the current
code.
