Guys, can we focus on powershell scripts now?
Plan is to have .bat scripts removed in near future or keep them around just so they can
call powershell variant of scripts.
I am saying that because this exact problem was fixed in powershell scripts.

Server is unable to start if JBOSS_HOME contaings "ŽlutýKůň" characters. This
issue is valid for standalone and domain.
