Is there something specific missing, besides the "extended mode for -D" notion?
If so, please file a bug report for the specific missing things, and let's convert
this to a request for the extended mode, if it's still wanted.

This should show all of the options as in the past like -G -m -u -b and maybe an extended
mode shows all of the possible -D options that can be passed in.
