The JpdlXmlReader contains a hard-coded reference to both
org.jbpm.identity.assignment.ExpressionAssignmentHandler and
org.jbpm.taskmgmt.assignment.ActorAssignmentHandler.
We need this parameter to be configurable, e.g. being able to use our own
ExpressionAssignmentHandler
