OTOH I can see "ICU License" external link is wrong - should be
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xerces/java/tags/Xerces-J_2_11_0/LICENSE... (or
http://source.icu-project.org/repos/icu/tags/release-50-1-2/icu4j/main/sh...)
Local copy have to be updated accordingly.
