To reproduce: * Setup: start 10 members * Kill the coord with {{kill -15}}, sleep 1 sec, kill the next-in-line with -9 * Kill both the coord and next-in-line with -9 * Leave the coord gracefully and kill the next-in-line with -9 * Kill the coord with -9 and leave the next-in-line gracefully * Kill the first 3 members with -9
