Both the web and ejb clustering modules use a key affinity service to generate session IDs
for replication and distribution mode - however, they currently attempt to use a key
affinity service with invalidation mode as well, which throws an ISE. Neither LOCAL nor
INVALIDATION caches should attempt to use a key affinity service.
