Resolution: Done
ships with 7.1. Please note that the "New Group" dialogue did change. The
ability to create server "based on" another one has been removed. Instead you
need to manually select "profile" and "socket-binding-group"

Since you have to choose a server group to "base" your new server group on, if
you delete all of the server groups, you can't create a new one in the Management
Console.
