The public thirdparty releases group does include the flies releases repo (not the flies
snapshot repo). However that repo isn't meant to be used directly. That group is
just meant to be added to other groups when we want to include these repos. So that's
probably why you weren't able to download from it.
Please add proxy for Flies Maven repository
