Hi Toni. Able to take a look at this? I am sure you used to be able to do this - there
should be a create new option for functions.... otherwise its just a GUI stuff up.

Currently you can't create a function like it was possible in the previous BRMS. You
can only upload a function. You can't review, edit nor validate an imported function -
however you can do this at the package level.
