I would prefer the documentation in XSDs aswell. There's zero maintenance cost as long
as the model does not change (and it shouldn't between minor releases), and the payoff
was already mentioned by [~rsvoboda].

Same information should be present in wildfly-microprofile-metrics-smallrye_1_0.xsd via
{{<xs:annotation>}} and {{<xs:documentation>}}
