Since we want to keep our dependency on Javassist instead of switching to ASM, we're
going to stick with jbossretro instead of the other options.

In order for maven to build the retro versions of various projects, it would be nice to
have a maven plugin version of JBossRetro.
JBoss Retro should also be build with Maven. While the plugin code is being created, it
makes sense to migrate its build to maven at the same time.
