So, this problem does not happen you run ant reports from command line with with ANT_HOME
set to portal/tools. It's happening when CC build script calls this target. I think
instead of debuggin this issue and fixing the problem, I would rather revert the changes
of ANT_HOME to apache ant which we know works from cruisecontrol as well. For example,
portal-db runs are done with apache ant and they seem to be going fine.

When running portal testsuite with ANT_HOME set to jboss-portal-2.6/tools, report
generation is failing "Could not find a valid processor version implementation from
com.icl.saxon.TransformerFactoryImpl"
It could be related to incompatible saxon.jar with jdk or somehow jar not getting
included in classpath. This needs to be fixed.
