Diagnosis as Mvel problem came from Edson Tirelli.
When Eclipse workspace's DroolsBuilder fires up, a rule like:
...
when
WildCourseRequisite ( $pcn : catalogNbr )
ScheduleCourse ( course.catalogNbr matches $pcn)
...
will cause the eclipse workspace build to freeze permanently, only way to shut down
eclipse is to kill -9 it.
