Need to fix deadlock in PointToMultipointRouter - this is a similar deadlock to that in
the other routers and fixed in http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBMESSAGING-505 but for
some reason the fix wasn't applied to the PointToMultiPointRouter
