Append client stack trace to thrown remote exception
----------------------------------------------------
Key: JBREM-257
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBREM-257
Project: JBoss Remoting
Issue Type: Feature Request
Affects Versions: 1.4.0 beta
Reporter: Bill Burke
Assigned To: Tom Elrod
Fix For: 1.4.0 final
Currently, in EJB3 and AOP remoting, when an exception is thrown on the server it is
prepared as-is and thrown at the remote client. The problem is that the client's
stack trace is not in the exception so you have no idea where in your client code the
exception was thrown.
Adrian tells me that RMI automatically does this so JBoss Remoting should too.
