[~manstis], Imo, I wouldn't bother mentioning it in the release notes or anything.
When I update the DMN doc for 7.4, I'll capture this in the step(s) about adding
columns and rows.

As a user of this feature I want to have the possibility to add columns or rows in a DT
when right-clicking on the table header.
