I've prepared a test case which tests a simple jce implementation deployed within an
ear. See the attached PR.
The test actually works only on Oracle JDK 7, but it nicely compiles with any JDK. Thus,
at least for Oracle JDK 7 we have a coverage for this issue.

Similar to issue JBAS-7882, you cannot bundle a security provider in a WAR/EAR, because
JBOSS's jar file system becomes confused when there are JARs nested in other
JARs/WARs/EARs, which is pretty much always.
This was supposedly fixed in previous versions, but it's back in 7.
