Before continuing need to better review the possibility of Remoting for JMX interaction.
In general for Remoting we are working on Realm/SASL based security which can operate when
the final resources being accessed have individual security requirements - if JMX is
switched to Remoting we will get the bulk of security for free from the other tasks.
Add support for authentication based on realm to JMX socket for
incomming connections.
