Some additional fixes going into XATest to enable testing with JBossTS implementation.
Within the testsuite, transactions are terminated without thread disassociation
(tx.rollback or tx.commit instead of tm.rollback or tm.commit) which yields illegal state
exceptions during the test run when JBossTS is used.
