upgrade also eclipse opentracing-api to 1.3.3 (just some changes with some unused
librairies: Remove io.opentracing:opentracing-api:0.31.0 and
com.fasterxml.jackson.jaxrs:jackson-jaxrs-json-provider:2.9.0 from the WAR file.
