I've figured out the reason for the test failure. It relates to the 'timeout'
change. It causes a test fail because with the new value the origin waiting time in the
test is not big enough. I've commit the change the the test passes.
Also the ssl version has to be updated as well.
So far no more issues identified and I'll see how the whole test suite goes in the
next run. Thanks Doug.

several common configuration attributes. Also, some of the default configuration
