Instead of putting the prompt in the plugin. The maven-enforcer-plugin can now be used to
verify the presence of the required properties.

The current error handling is not very clear when the deployment directory is not
specified. Maybe the user can be prompted if they want to either ignore the jboss jar
deployment, or specify a location for it.
