They are probably lazy not fixing this for jdk5.
I checked jmx 1.2 (jdk5) and jmx 1.4 (jdk6) and they are equivalent in this regard, so how
come it's fixed in jdk6?
In any case, I've put a conditional to exclude the test when running under the
(broken) jdk5.
