Yes, the EAP branding currently requires a rebuild, but the goal of AS7-1807 is that we
won't have to rebuild.
Make branding of the console configurable at run time.

Currently the admin console requires a rebuild (using -Peap) in order to change the
branding. It would be nice if the branding content could be configured and applied at
runtime and override the default JBoss.org branding.
