Added system property replace for annotation value.
Current impl should be eventually replaced by moving replacement delegation up the chain.

Since the microcontainer already does "late replacement" of system properties
in StringValueMetaData
we need to turn off this behaviour in JBossXB.
Doing it during the xml parsing can be too early.
