I've updated the wrapper to the latest stable version (3.2.3), changed Services to use
the new wrapper API and modified the .conf files to use relative paths where possible.
'Operating System Services' section of the install guide needs updating to reflect
the need to replace the PUT_JACORB_HOME_HERE placeholder in
[recoveryservice.conf|transactionservice.conf] by hand before running service install
script.
