The original issue was because the link was present and didn't work. But the
solution i would prefer is that the link is fixed (not a showstopper, though). If there
is no task form, we should still be able to start the process. But there will be no form.
A button (or link) for each transition leaving the start state and a button for creating
a new process instance without leaving the start state.

verifies if the process has a forms.xml. if not, the start process link should not be
displayed.
