There are multiplexer tests in the JBC Branch_JBossCache_1_4_0. Package
o.j.c.multiplexer. Looks like I need to port those to JBC HEAD. There was a bit of
funkiness I had to do; IIRC it related to spoofing the multiplexer channel factory so it
would use the many arbitrary channel configs that exist in the JBC testsuite.
