This issue is caused by an incorrect RuleFlow template that could not been loaded and the
template has already been fixed for CR1.
However, the issue still remained when loading an incorrect ruleflow xml. Fixed issue
where start node that is created by default has parent not set.

connect to other nodes. If you delete it and add a new start node, everything works
